I’m Victoria, a UX-focused product designer. My work begins with curiosity and a need to understand.

About me

I’m a product designer with a UX foundation and 7+ years of experience designing digital services and tools. I’ve worked across industries, from public-facing interfaces to internal systems, always with a deep focus on structure, accessibility, and real user needs.

My process is grounded in research and collaboration. I regularly use interviews, testing and journey mapping to understand people and context, and I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are both usable and relevant. In recent years, I’ve also contributed to evolving our ways of working and helped develop and maintain a scalable design system.

Experience

Boozt

Senior Product Designer

May 2023–Present

I lead product design in an agile team focused on post-purchase and customer account experiences, including areas like returns, invoices, claims, and order management. My work is driven by insights from NPS, customer support feedback, and behavioral data like heatmaps and screen recordings. I also co-develop and maintain the company’s design system, ensuring accessibility and consistency across teams.

Boozt

Product Designer

September 2021–May 2023

I worked on project-based improvements and new features across the e-commerce platform. I also contributed to improving back-office systems to enhance usability and efficiency in operational processes, designing for more complex flows based on insights from our internal users. These projects were often built using generic frameworks like Bootstrap and Material UI.

At KAN, I worked with research, concept development, and UX design for clients such as E.ON, ForSea, and Idre Fjäll. I planned and conducted user interviews, surveys, card sorting, and usability tests. A key part of my role was mapping customer journeys and facilitating workshops to align teams around real user needs and behaviors.
